Strength and Conditioning
Get buff, swole, ripped, hench etc.
Fitness is hugely important for both fighting and pro wrestling, but you don’t have to come to our combat classes to enjoy strength and conditioning! We offer a relaxed, friendly, queer environment where we can help you get in shape and meet your fitness goals, whatever they are.
Our classes are structured training sessions where our instructors will guide you through all the exercises, providing support and encouragement (if you want it!) while ensuring you are working out safely. If you want to add to your current workouts - or you’re not sure where to start - then we’d be glad to have you at our LGBTQIA+ Strength and Conditioning classes!

What are the vibes
When you think of Strength and Conditioning, you might picture an angry instructor yelling at you to drop and give them 50 push-ups. While we can certainly provide that for you if you’d like, we are much more about providing a supportive, structured workout that you can take at your own pace.
A typical class looks like:
Warm-up: Some light exercises and stretching to get your body ready for a workout.
Mobility or partner exercises: Some slightly more involved exercises that build your strength, mobility or flexibility, often working with a partner.
Circuit training: An intensive set of exercises, talked through by your instructor, that make up the bulk of the session. These are designed to be accessible to everyone; for example, you might be asked to do as many squats as you can in a minute. A beginner might be able to manage five, while a seasoned pro-wrestler might be able to bust out 50; nobody is measuring! You can build your fitness at your own pace, and work on improving session-by-session.
